By submitting this questionnaire, interview responses, photographs, logos, promotional materials, or other content (“Submitted Materials”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms:
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You represent that you own the Submitted Materials or have obtained any necessary permission to share them with So Cal Music Scene for publication.
- You certify and warrant that you own or have written permission to provide all submitted images and materials for public publication. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoCal Music Scene, its owners, editors, contributors, and affiliates from claims arising from inaccurate information, copyright infringement, unauthorized use of materials, or other content supplied by the submitter.
- You grant So Cal Music Scene a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish, reproduce, edit, and distribute the Submitted Materials in print, digital editions, social media, websites, newsletters, promotional materials, and future archives related to So Cal Music Scene.
- You understand that submitted content may be edited for grammar, spelling, length, formatting, clarity, and editorial consistency while preserving the intended meaning whenever possible.
- Submission of materials does not guarantee publication. Editorial decisions regarding inclusion, placement, headlines, images, and article content remain solely at the discretion of So Cal Music Scene.
- You grant permission for your name, stage name, business name, likeness, photographs, and biographical information to be used in connection with the published article and related promotional materials.
- You agree that So Cal Music Scene shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies originating from information supplied by you or third parties.
- You understand and agree that no compensation is offered or implied for use of submitted materials, editorial coverage, public mention, or any other type of publication or promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing by all parties involved.
